I think it is very enjoyable, the company is very pleasant and it went over and above my expectations.
I feel very values. I was given a raise in the 3rd month and they want me to stay on after I finish my placement.
It was very well organised, i had an induction, training, I've had a lot of support, i can study further and there have been meeting to track progress

Go to the interviews and ask a lot of questions. Make sure you have a casual talk with the manager as well and ask them what they enjoy about their job.
