Spend time learning about job on the job. Testing out various areas relating to the job. There are many areas to choose from

A lot of support is given as much or little as you like.
Apprenticeships are not highly paid but you do get paid while you learn with job at the end & good learning opportunities. Pay will go up when it's ended & job starts
