Was online assessment based and mainly work exprience in a customer facing role in order to get a hands on experience of what management and leader consited of.
Yes have learnt leadership and management skills however would need to study further which can be applied for in the form of a higher apprenticeship with barclays, hence recieving a BA.
Was interesting however i am not sure what i can do with this qualification. Would definitely have to study further.
Valued to extent however is a huge company and you do get forgot about. Difficult to work your way up on the programme
Was all done within a year so was quick and well structured. However another 3 years of study required to recieve a standing qualification.
Great structured programme. Enough support given when asked for. However need to remain on top and not fall behind.
Not much. Hardly know who the employer is. Just know the company as a whole. Dont learn the different aspects within the company.
Did not recieve alot, was hard to live on after leaving school. Could earn more in a normal job however if not paying alot to live on definetly worth it.
Not on the programme i was on. I didnt feel like there was outside of work opportunities or activities.
