Till work, which means money handling. Pricing and ticketing products. Stocking the shop floor. Reducing of items close to expiry date. General customer service.
Developed my money handling skills. Learnt how to ticket stock. Learnt about reducing stock. Learnt about general tidying of the store.
Extremely well. I am happy to be a valuable member of the M&S team. I am also happy to have made friends.
Very valued. Team leaders always tell me when I have done a good job. They also thank me for my hard work at the end of the day.
Very well structured. I always know what I'll be doing on the day by looking at the roster.
A lot of support. Team leaders are always on hand if I ever have questions. Or if I need advice on how to do a job.
Same as before. My employer is always giving me regular feedback on how I've done. And what I can do to improve.
Extremely well. Since I live with my parents. And don't Incur many costs.
I think so. There are many other places I can go to. If I want a different opportunity.
Yes
Because overall my experience at M&S has been really good. I'd recommend it to anyone as an employer. Whether they be friends or family.
Just be yourself and be honest. You'll always be welcome at M&S no matter what flaws you may have.
