Auditor, testing accounts to check that they are accurate.
On course to receive ACA qualification. Internal training weeks in audit.
Yes, the teams that I have been in have made the work enjoyable. Company treats us well with expenses etc. I enjoy it.
Yes, pretty valued. By EY assigning me a counsellor any issues I face I have someone to talk to. Therefore showing EY cares about their employees.
Well organised, majority of the time working on client site. Then having stints at college with exams.
A lot, KAPLAN constantly sent out emails and do webinars etc to ensure that we are all well prepared for exams so that we will pass them first time.
Good support, as said previously I have been assigned a counsellor which has therefore meant at no point have I felt alone. Always have guidance when needed.
Salary of 21k for a first year school leaver is excellent. As a lot of the time I am on away jobs where EY expense travel accommodation etc therefore no costs.
Yes I have joined the EY football team which is fun and I play my own 5 a side on Monday which EY allows me to leave early to go and play.
Yes
The programme is an excellent alternative to uni, no debt and at the end of the programme receive ACA which is such a highly regarded qualification. Therefore I feel that justifies why uni is not always the answer.
Do practice online tests before doing EYs one as it's situational tasks. Do as much research about the company as you can to ensure you are fully prepared.
