Work can be interesting, but sometimes repetitive and highly time pressured Changing teams all the time, meet many new people Friendly culture Didn't expect as much travel or hours but I enjoy the variety
Not very personal value from teams as constantly changing teams Enjoy occasional team events which are held to reward team members
Good support for training on the job Good time out for college Don't pay for exams which is nice Good counsellor system to raise any issues
Tutors are good, enjoy the courses Online and offline materials to study from Contactable during days off college via email
Good counsellor who gives advice when needed HR team does listen to and try to accommodate any questions There is support but due to rapid changes of team this is not necessarily found from day to day colleagues
Salary is good for age group, however when considered against graduate joiners who are in lower levels than school leavers the pay difference is too extreme I believe. It is good how exams and study time is provided for by the company saving a large expense
There are company events such as team events and fun events. There are often social drink events. There are not many clubs for women. For example there is football for males only but no corresponding club for women.
