Team leader, I manage the team when on shift
Yes I learnt about work legislationscand regulations, and health and safety
It was tough and at the time I was having a child which made it harder to concentrate
I feel like part of a family, and due to the things I learnt I feel I can progress further then I could have done
It was rather unorganized at times I was getting notifications for other people
I reviewed a lot of support
My employer has helped me improve and helped me to work up to becoming a manager
I am currently on living wage and with a family to support it is incredibly hard
