Personal Banker to Barclays banking customers, serving daily to help them with their day to day banking needs.
I will receive a level 2 certificate in financial services customer service and Level 3 RBCB. I have learned about all the systems and regulations and how to serve customers within this.
I enjoy my work and team which makes the job easier to perform.
I receive feedback from my manager regularly but I do not receive any external recognition? I do not have alot of information passed by to be involved in activities.
Very organised. I received a full induction after completing a traineeship. I now completing the apprenticeship framework in which I receive continuos support from my Talent coach.
As much support ad I need.
I receive support as and when i need it. The Team Leader and coaches are available if needed.
