Kitchen manager. Run the kitchen on day to day basis. Ordering. Rotas.stocks. cleaning schedules. Training staff. Delegating jobs.
Not really. Most of my skills were already there just now i have proof i can do it on paper.
The questions were very strangly worded and was difficult tonunderstand some. The course and materials do not leave much spare time for me to complete them. As i work 48 hours a week, when im not working im with my family so the course was too time consuming. And as i have found recently you realised this and made the course easier and shorter for new candidates
The same as i did before. Myself and a few other members of staff were verbally promised a slight pay increase on completing the course which a number of us didnt get. In spite of this i still believe greeneking is a good company to work for.

Helped in terms of translating the difficult questions into words i understood. Overall helped me if i needed itnbut agreed that the time scale i was originally given, and the amount of work that was needed to be done whilst trying to complete my normal working day and spend time at home was not sufficient.
If i need support in training it is there. I havent needed it as yet. Support for other aspects in our businesses is sometimes lacking
I believe i am paid well for what i do hutnin terms of how much my hotel makes compared to others i believe i should be paid more than others. And the bonus scheme is a little disapointing recently.
I dont know of any. If there were a chance of progressing tonarea chef level i would like that.
