Assistant Relationship Manager- Helping the RMs to gain a good NPS scores, dealing with existing customers and their needs and looking to get new business'
I got my professional bankers certificate a month early, I attended different departments within the bank, I have done talks at schools as well as my GPL modules
I enjoy the work, however the apprenticeship itself isn't great
I feel very valued, I have had the opportunity to talk to senior members of staff which was very good
Not very
not a lot
a lot, they have taught me everything, my manager and colleagues in particular
Good at the moment
Yes there is, a lot of networking event, not a lot of sports clubs unless in central London which is a long way to get to
Yes
I believe it's a great place to work, even with the restructure you still feel valued and you feel as if you can talk to anyone
Revise on your own, the provider isn't very good or helpful
