AML SSC, I am doing quite a lot of different tasks, from back scanning to handling phone calls and dealing with clients who want to get their money back.
Yes, I completed GPL, had a lot of opportunities to shadow and learn new skills, in addition, I get a lot of practice while in the office. I usually work on my own, but I am able to ask questions and learn as I go.
Quite a lot as a work experience. Though, the team I'm in is really busy and I have little time to participate in Bank wide events. The team is great, and there are opportunities to work from home so I'm able to deal with personal life better.
Depending on my performance. If I do great, I get reward and recognition from the team, I also get a lot support with tasks that I didn't performed very well.
I feel like I'm able to fallow the course and work quite well. Sometimes it is a little bit overwhelming, but with extra work and dedication I am able to enjoy my work. My current team is split into 4 little teams within and that leaves a team of 1-3 members. We all share work, cover each others backs and happy to support each other.
I have online learning tools, but I can also shadow my colleagues as well. I can always challenge them and receive an explanation. Everyone is really happy to help me.
Manager and my colleagues are always there for me to have a discussion and to provide a support on any issues I have. Manager is also happy for me to take part in bank vide events, if they are within reason.
Not complaining. I wish I could earn more, but current salary meets my living expenses. I can fully support myself from what I make.
There are very few opportunities outside work currently. Mostly, because after work I feel quite exhausted. But the social clubs available are great and I am thinking about joining one at some point, once I manage my time better.
Yes
Great place to work, a company that is striving to improve customer services and also own employees working conditions. There are countless opportunities to improve as long as you have a will to do so.
Be your-self. Be demanding, but also open minded. Expect a lot of new things, and changes.
