i work in systems management where I deal with server monitoring
I have developed many new unix skills throughout my year and a half here
I very much enjoy it as it has a good work to learning ratio
I feel a valued employee of RBS
my program is very well organised and allows me to periodically go on training courses
I receive any necessary support
I receive a lot of support from all of the members of my team around me
my salary package is great for an apprenticeship and covers all of my costs and leaves a lot for social events
there are many events that rbs has set up but I do not attened as I do not want to partake in any which is not to say that they are bad just that I have no interest in out of work events
Yes
Great environment to work in and a great salary package
to take it easy and don't get too flustered by the interview process as the interviewer will guide them through.
