Customer service which involves cash transactions, serving food and drink, start of day and end of day setting up of the tills and daily banking
I have learnt new hospitality skills and ways of working with my team to get better results
I have enjoyed the programme a lot. I see my trainer quite often and have all the support that I need from him
I don't feel very valued as you receive no recognition for completing any training and no praise.
The programme is very well structured as most is work based so you don't need to find extra time to complete your studies outside of work
I receive as much support as I want from my trainer. He is always available to speak to or message if I have any issues or questions.
I receive very little support from my employer as they don't provide time to complete my programme. I have to do all my work in my own time
It meets all my costs, however I think completeing training should be recognised in your salary
There are a lot of different and varied opportunities outside my work.
Yes
It provides good training for all employees and they provide everything you need to further your career
That you only get out what you put in so be prepared to work hard but you will see results in the end
