My experience immensely improved my: communication and leadership skills as I had to take care of projects my self alongside my financial knowledge.
The programme was good because there was a good network of other placement students and graduates that I could socialise with
Extremely the company takes its young talent very seriously and is in constant communication regarding personal development.
It was the first year they have ever done it so we were the training wheels so to speak. I believe now they have established a full placement development programme
Not much but they were always available if I needed to contact them and they did come for a yearly review.
Personal development was always on the cards with constant emails about new initiatives coming through
The town I was in was extremely cheap so it left for a lot of disposable income
Lots of places to eat and socialise as well as charity day's work did for special causes

It is a large company which gives you a lot of exposure to corporate lifestyle
Be passionate about working for the company and ensure you put in the research for your sector
