Working in the branch on customer service talking to customers helping them with any problems they had talking to them on the phone general banking needs
Yes learnt how to deal with a wide diverse background of people with many different problems learning new solutions to problems
I very much enjoyed my programme meet lots of different people leant new skills
I think they appreciated my ideals and took on board some off them helped me to learn ideals and how to look at problems from a different Angle
Very well set out with detailed information easy to understand instructions with built in timeframes
Lots of excellent support Especially when I needed help nice work colleagues to work with and look to offer assistance when needed
As much as I needed to enable me to complete the apprenticeship wishing the timeframe to the best of my ability
Good leaves me with a good payment after most of my daily Financial needs
Yes many after work events where you can further your knowledge within the company

Very good organisation to work within helps you but most importantly gives you many opportunities to advance
Do the best you can work hard show them you care about customers needs and offer your skills to them by way of indicated to them you have different skills and abilities to offer them
