Various tasks, during my time at Bentley I had different tasks everyday so that I could get an overall feel of the production side of the car.
I developed my ability to quickly work in a team of individuals to whom I have no prior contact.
During my time there, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, it was fast paced so I was always busy, yet relaxed as to not build undue pressure.
As this was only a short placement, I felt my role was not to vital and yet I still felt I did something of value for them.
The programme was extremely well organised, as with a huge factory of operations everything has to run smoothly or chaos may ensue.
I received a lot of support from my supervising officer, who helped me appreciate all of the aspects of car production.

As this was work experience, the whole programme was unpaid, which was fine as I felt the work wasn't to vital at times and wasn't affecting production.
There were plenty of opportunities outside of work, especially for further learning.
