I spend the majority of my day with a maintenance guy and wait for a breakdown whilst doing Pms . then on a tuesday we have btec where we learn the theory behind everything
I have learnt new skills with my electrical knowledge and improved my mechanical skills. I have also found my confidence has improved and i have been able to iprove
I really enjoy the programme and working as a team and the company is a good one to work for. It has met my ecxpectations and i enjoy coming to work
I feel more valued than i did at school amd it is good to feel like i am useful. the appretiation of managers is earned and you can earn recognition and gain further skills.
It is fairly well organised and the traing is good. the support is there if you ask and you are pushed to get the best you can get. Task delegation is done by managers
The amount of support is good however the tutors are only available once a week the support of providing a good training and completin gis good
i have recived a lot of support in developing myself to be the best i can be and they arer good for improving the situatioons and make you feel good about yourself.
it covers all the costs i ahve and i am able to travel and do the things i enjoy. I ahve a car off the scheme which is great.
there are opportunities such as competions to enter and we can go to carears event to help develop communication skills. it is advised we do some events to improve ourselves.

I would reccomenbd them as they are a good company to wpork for and the job is fun. I would also say it is better for getting into the industry
When in the interviews be yourlself and the assesment days you just need to stay calm. if you fdont get in the fitrst time try again as you may get in another year
