I am a maintenacne engineer at plant oxford. On a daily basis we fix broken down equipment and do planned checks to avoid breakdowns.
I have learnt plenty of new skills in the first year we were tutored to learn the basis of engineering and now is the second year we are applying our knowledge on the different areas of the plant under the supervision of qualifid maintenance staff.
I enjoy the work we do and i get on well with the other apprentices and other staff.
I always feel like i am wanted at work, and i am proud to represent the brand that i work for.
