My role is now a training assistant manager but whilst studying I was a supervisor/team member. The apprentiship was to ensure I know how to succeed within my job.
Yes.
I enjoyed it because it wasn't to much pressure around work, the time frame was good for me as I have a lot of family life outside of work and only having one set of work to complete a month was good.
I'm feeling that they appreciate all staff.
Very well!
My training member was Sam and he was excellent, if I needed him to help with the work I would just have to text him or when we had our meeting once a month we would go over anything I didn't understand!
If I needed anything from them they would always be happy to help
?
Within my role, yes.
Yes
Because it is a good company to work for, they try there best with the staff under there sections. I would also recommend it as it's very unlikely to go bankrupt there for there is a job and you are not worried about it in case they go under.
Be happy, smiling, because if you are the customers are and if they are then your managers are. Work to a high standard, but also have a laugh (only when possible).. if you are also unsure of anything ask people because they are willing to help
