On a day to day basis I will support the other members of my team with the design and delivery of their programmes and projects. I also look after mini projects that involve design and delivery.
Yes, I attend lectures once a week where I learn valuable and key informtation about businesses, how they run and how this fits in with my role. I have learnt all sorts of skills such as how to hold a conference call and how to manage stakeholders which i use on a day to day basis.
I really enjoy the work I do and the team that I work with. The company is great for Apprentices and makes you fel valued and cared for. It is everything that I hoped it would be and more and I emjoy coming to work everyday.
Very valued, i feel as though the work that I do on a daily basis is of use and is valued by individuals that have requested it. I feel as though alot of colleagues look at the Apprentices as talent in the company and are keen to get us involved in lots of stuff and use our emthusiasm and innovativeness in situations.
I believe that my programme is very well structured the induction process was very clear and informative and set me up for a great start. I receive regular training on how to use systems etc. The studying side is very well laid out and deadlines are clear and plenty of pressure is applied to ensure that work is done on time.
We receive some support, the accessibility is there however the answer is not always known straight away and I feel as though the training provider could give more support at times.
Alot of support from my team and even more support from my manager they always have a great attitude towards supporing me and are really good with the guidance they give me if i share a problem with them.
I can live comfortably on the wage that I am on being able to afford what I would like. the Daily costs of the job are low as I can bring my own lunch. Travel is quite expensive for me but i knew that when I applied for the job, parking is also cheap and it is not in the city centre so traffic isnt too bad and in comparison with alot of apprenticeships it is better.
There is lots of opportunities to volunteer for things and things to get involved in such as sport competitions. There is clubs that are run by colleagues such as pilates you can get involved in. Also the benefits from the job such as cheap gym membership help encourage me to go to the gym as i am able to afford a nicer gym.
Yes
I believe the company support and looks after colleagues very well and allows individuals who want to develop and succeed to do so. I also think the benefits you get from the job are great and in general the people who work here that you are surrounded by are friendly and make it a great place to work.
The application process is competitive you are up against hundreds of other talented young people who are all eligible for the job. The assessment days and interviews are tough but a great experience to set you up for similar future situations.
