I am a trainee pharmacy advisor and I work between the dispensary and health care counter, I sell medicines and assist people in maintaining their medication on a day to day basis.
i have learnt a number of new skills in my job, and nearly everything I didn't know before. I have developed my people and listening skills.
I enjoy everything about the programme, I'm learning a trade that is a career and a potential to go further whilst being paid. It's a job that I enjoy.
Very, the company had great benefits and I often feel a valued member of staff within my team.
The programme is very well organised. The coursework is done in a specific order so the work is relevant to what stage I'm at at work. All information is communicated exceptionally well.
I can contact my training provider any time I need them. There's a lot of people I can go for help.
My employer is always happy to accommodate my needs if I have any problems.
My pay is amazing for an apprentice, it's good to be paid a full wage instead of a very low salary for doing the same as everyone else. It meets my costs very well
I have regular training days to talk with others on the programme and talk through parts of the course.
Yes
Friendly, well paid, a chance to go further with a career, good benefits for staff.
Be confident in yourself! It's hard sometimes to be confident you can do something.
