I work as an assistant to bank managers in a commercial role helping customers with their daily banking needs
I have learnt how to use a lot of new systems and about banking as a whole and what it is about and how it is done
I somewhat enjoy my programme
I feel valued by other staff however not very valued by RBS
It isn't very organised as I have had to teach myself everything I know
Not much
Quite a lot from other staff
It doesn't as I have a small child
Not really
Yes
Without my outgoings it is quite a high salary and the skills you learn are good for future roles
Talk to someone about the interview process and get your head around what the job actually is before you apply
