  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the team ethic, and very much enjoy going out with my colleagues. The culture at Sky is what i expected, everyone works hard, in this fast moving environment and then plays hard. It has met my expectations.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Sky?
  • I feel my team value my input, and regularly receive feedback, whether it be from my weekly 121 or my yearly PDP. I get scored against other doing the same role and note where I can improve and where I need to continue to grow.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The initial 2 day induction was clear and made us feel valued due to senior stakeholders introducing themselves at very short notice. We were paired with a buddy and a mentor to help as we were new. It was hard to work out the hierahey of my team to start with as everyone was friendly. The coursework part can sometimes be hard to find time, but the quality of my work is good.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The training provider comes in once a month, I send over my tasks and await feedback, although this can take a few weeks, and therefore leave me with a lack of time to complete amends before they come. Some feedback i receive is a little ridiculous sometime but on the whole I accept most of it. The guidance is ok

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary in my first year is ok, I feel that my contribution to the team deserves to be rewarded more due to travel costs from the location, although the share scheme and other package needs such as discounted tv are very useful to have
