I am an Engineering Technician, my role is to support the department that i am placed in at the current time. I take part in projects and day to day data collection.
Aswell as a large number of qualifications including a level 3 BTech in engineering, i have developed other skills such as time management and project managment.
i enjoy the program a fair bit, there are other apprentices on the same course so you make new friends and everyday is new and different.
i feel like a valued member becuase my contributions are taken on board and acted upon.
there is a strong sense of structure throghout the programe and i alway know my progress and what i need to do next.
plenty of support is provided, including regular reviews and an open door policy.
