on a day to day role i perform statutory audits as part of a team in accoutnacy at grant thornton including preparing working papers and then 1 day a week i attend college to train
i have learnt mulitple skill through the jobs on hands approach and through college
the program is a great way way intot he industry though at times is very demanding to balance both sides of leaarning and working
i feel valued that they see me as part of the team and i pull my weight and perform like the others though sometimes it feels they delegate just because youre lower
very well organsied it si all planned out
kaplan is not great but they try
a lot theres a team you can ask anythign and they will try help
the salary is well paid though it sometimes struggles to cover the costs that the job inccurs when youre away from home
