I am a mechanical fitter and on a day to day basis I am either in the class room completing my btec or in the workshop practising my machining.
I have learnt a lot about general engineering and how engines work as before I didn't know anything.
I enjoy coming to work everyday.
I don't feel like I am too valued due to my age.
its well organised in some places but it can be quite unorganised.
I feel like Babcock deliver our education to a high standard and are fully supportive with getting us through our btec
I haven't had to receive any support.
I am satisfied with my package.
I have signed up to be a stem Ambassador but am yet to do any activities outside of work.
Yes
I am getting a good btec qualification whilst getting paid and getting experience working, something I would not of got at college.
