My role was to be a Team Assistant and PA for a marketing team. Tasks included, managing the teams invoicing, planning and managing events, diary management for an executive director.
I have learnt and built upon skills as followed; diary and email management, leadership. team building, analytical and problem solving.
I have loved every part of my experience as an apprentice
I feel very valued by Unilever, they have always supported me throughout my apprenticeship and helped me be the best I can.
There was lots of structure and support throughout my programme. I had weekly catch ups with my manager and regular catch ups with the external apprenticeship providers.
The support was brilliant. I received regular catch ups face to face and calls. In addition the training provider was always on hand for any questions/queries/problems I had.
The employer has been a great support from the start throughout every stage of the programme.

Yes
Unilever has been an amazing support from the start and have always helped me to learn and improve upon my skillset as well as encouraging me to learn new ones. Unilever is an amazing company with so many opportunities and tasks to get stuck into.
Never afraid to get stuck into new challenges and experiences at work. You will have a great support network internally including through the Apprentice network. Always ask questions weather this is because you are unsure or because you want to learn more about something
