It involves following London Underground employees on different sections, helping with their jobs and learning how to carry out their work
I have gained more knowledge around the theory needed for working with electricity
I really like my colleagues and the majority of the work we do is very interesting
I feel as though my managers value us as employees greatly, and take our concerns into consideration
I feel that it could be better organised, as there have been many days spent at college doing nothing, due to our group being able to complete the tasks easily
I feel that we could receive more hands on experience, especially as I have never worked much with tools
My employers are very responsive and provide clear instructions
It meets them very well!
Defiantly! Working for TfL has allowed for me to explore London and experience new things!
Yes
Because they have a very good culture, and can provide skills that are applicable outside the company
Make sure to really 'sell yourself' by telling the interviewer all your skills Smile, be friendly and be honest
