Apprentice Instrument Technician. Working as part if a maintenance team on site to learn new skills.
Gained a BTEC level 3 in engineering and currently working towards a HNC in electrical Engineering. Also learnt new hand skills and improved my knowledge of instrumentation and relevant systems.
I enjoy all aspects of the programme.
I feel that I am valued well by my company.
The scheme is structured well in all aspects from training in Portsmouth to working and gaining skills back on site.
I receive adequate support when it is needed, There is someone to ask if I am unsure or need help.

The salary at edf if excellent, All food, transport and accommodation is paid in the first two years then salary is good after that.
