I listened to various expert talks, took part in group discussions and tasks.
From the course, I gained a lot of knowledge and tips regarding personal branding, elevator speeches, confidence and public talks.
I thouroughly enjoyed the entirety of the programe as I found it very insightful.
During the course I felt welcomes and valued as an individual not just a memeber of a group. I also felt that I was treated like an adult, rather than a child which was reassuring when considering EY as a future post-school option.
I feel the programme was fairly well structured though I wouldve personally enjoyed a longer time to absorb the information and more group/personal tasks.
The support given by the team leaders and course leaders was fairly good. They were upbeat and willing to help throughout the day.
The support received from the managers ono the course was good. They were informative and helpful throughout.
N/A - The student program didnt include a salary. But travel costs were refunded to an extent.
When talking to a few of the current employees, we discovered that there were outside of work oppotunities availiable throughout the year.
Yes
It is a brilliant, informative course which allows you to meet new peole and improve your confidence and general social skills while improving your knowledge of the business.
I would advise to anyone applying that the best thing you can do is take the chance of apllying no matter what doubt or insecurites you may have holding you back. It is definitely worth applying for as the course is a great introduction into the business world. You've should approach the course with an open mind and be willing to take part and learn.
