Apprentice engineer supporting senior engineers with tasks as well as undertaking simple maintenance activities myself
Definitely learnt a wide range of new skills
Massively enjoying the programme at site however college wasn't as enjoyable however I feel this is personal preference to learning environment
Valued as the future of sustaining manufacturing
Unorganised as it is the first year the course has been run and no specific structure to on site work
