Sales Apprentice: Cold calling accounts, building a relationship with the contacts and working with them alongside my in house specialists to propose solutions to make the life of IT managers much easier.
Yes, I've learned a lot about organisation and communication and how to use those skills effectively in the workplace
I enjoyed the working atmosphere and the people I work with a lot, however the cold calling and target side to the role was a big challenge
