I am an assistant associate, admin tasks such as news emails, printing, making briefing packs. interact with all levels on a daily basis, not much client interaction.
Yes, currently studying for ATT. Become more confident, better communication skills, lots of excel/outlook/powerpoint skills learnt.
I love it, I think this is such a better option then going to university, I feel like I am meant to be here. Good social scene so don't feel left out from m friends at university, good support network so I'm not overwhelmed.
I feel there is lots of recognition, constant push to give feedback, always keen to get everyone involved.
Great induction, made friends before I started which was very helpful. Training is excellent, lots of effort to make sure you're understanding things. I've found it hard to study for exams and work at the same time, maybe more effort could go into reliving work pressures whilst people are studying? Good mentor/buddy/performance management system, always know who you can talk to.
They were a bit unorganised with getting us the materials, some came a week before our exam. But other than that materials were useful.
Lots of support - everyone is approachable.
very well - I live at home and commute from just outside of London.
yes so many! I've got involved with lots of charity bits, helping out at seminars, helping at many careers fair. I know there are opportunities for mentoring. I've joined the gym. Good socials, go out with work friends lots.
Yes
Such a big company, so many opportunities - room to grow (which is especially good as we're so young). So supportive, earn whilst you learn & save on university fees.. why not?!
Prepare for the application process, do it by yourself. Take part in lots of insight days to see what you really want to do - I found this very useful. Take every opportunity open to you
