cer/cashier. My daily role is to manage the walk in customers with thier queries regarding payments, bearvement, fraud and any other inquery which can not be helped on the main floor. i am also a authorised cashier so cover the counter when staff are ill or holidays.
I have fine tuned my customer service and knowledge of the banking standards
although i had issues with time given to complete the programme and meeting my asseror i did enjoy the course
there is no recongistion from the branch for passing my exams or apprentership
the programme is well organised but i feel the branch are not equipped to give time off and support that is needed
i was in constant contact with her and really supported
i didnt
the salary is a low salary compared the others in the same industry
yes my new qualifications means i can move to other employer with ease
No
because i feel that the structure is changing and is not for the better
the application and interview are both comfortable and just feel confident. the onboarding programme is excellent and support from all the training staff is above and beyond. however i do feel that depending what branch you end up will depend on your overall experince of HSBC and not all is postive
