The company values and the opportunities it offers in terms of job roles and the people you get to work with are great.
Boots is after people with different personalities and interests but everyone has certain things in common. They put the values of Boots first in terms of championing great customer care and delivering great services and offers. Also the charitable aspect is massive as everyone is involved in some sort of fund raising. Also the ability to respond to change/new processes as you will always be moving and gaining new experiences and this ability will be critical in being successful.
