I work in Sustainable Business and Communication as a digital engagement apprentice and i can't say enough about how much i love my role. the company benefits, the friendliness of my team the variety of my tasks, honestly it is the best company to work for. Also the agile working doesn't make it feel like work is taking over your life and you are fully treated as an employee and trusted, as long as you work hard and are honestly about everything.
I have had an opportunity to help out with the free cone day with ben and Jerrys which was hard but a lot of fun interacting with the public and B&J fanatics. There are all sorts of calls and meetings i can sit in on and courses that i can take. You can basically do anything with this company just make sure you ask and keep your eye out.
I love it. The work life balance, the team and the culture is so relaxed and friendly i always feel at ease. It has by far exceeded my expectations.
Yes. They give me real projects that have real value and they trust me with things. My team always want to keep me in the loop about things. I also have meetings with all my managers regularly so they can see how i am doing and help if i needed.
The induction was very clear and i have monthly meeting from my apprentice provider to check if i am okay. i have bi weekly meeting with some of managers to see my work load and i am also given long term projects with a plan so i know where i am heading toward.
A lot of support, they really care about how i am.
So much support you honestly will feel at ease for the whole thing.
Yes, it is enough if you live at home but not so much if you were to move out. Travel cost will depend on which office you work in.
Yes, there are so many. Volunteering activities, mentoring, ambassador programmes and competitions and classes in the gym for free all you have to do is pay attention to your email.
Yes
It is an amazing company to work for and you will love your team. you are really looked after to ensure your personal wellbeing as well as your work is on track.
Take your time and make sure you set aside enough time to apply properly. Be prepared to travel to the HQ in leatherhead if you get to the interview stage but don't worry you can claim expenses for that. the interview will be fun and long as it is a group one so just keep hydrated and positive. Also for the application, brush up on your math skills.
