very much in the work offered, team were great to work with, company culture was relaxed and had great opportunities to progress, it was as i expected with everything met and I enjoyed it.
very valued by team members and managers, offered recognition rewards for meeting deadlines/ tasks on time, client recognition received through higher management being notified, involved in learning about new projects and involvement on existing projects, very valued for input.
everything was shown to me at the start, I had great training and follow-through mentorship with continous support, extra time given for reading on regulations, 1:1 meetings with managers, offered new challanges/ opportunities, great heirarchy with interaction at all levels. This was great for new employees.
1:1 and team support. staff were available at different times. Guided problems slowly and with the right information, positive attitude in training. Enjoyed training.
full support in guidance for work experience, involvement in new tasks, HR check up, mentor from assigned colleague, support from mentor and colleagues, problems resolved in team meetings, positive attitude in trainings.
good living/ travel costs, daily costs were good apart for lunch. social costs were slightly high, location was good.
other opportunities were not as well structured as this outside of work. Good offering of social events, voluntary presentations, no local community offerings, extra training for global candidates through web ex.
