Learning what is required of me for when I am fully qualified, partaking in walkouts for future jobs, planning furtue placements to learn about the other parts of the railway
Yes, I have learnt a lot of new skills that are required on the job, and will be learning more over the next year.
I enjoy working with the team who I work with but I have had several issues regarding the apprenticeship programme
I feel valued by my team but I feel like management aren't helping as much as they could
Not very, I am finding it very difficult at the moment, but hopefully that will soon change.
I receive support from my training providers when I require, they are always willing to help and want to make sure you understand everything
In my opinion not enough at all, it has been extremely difficult but I hope that soon changes
I find it difficult to live on the salary, my travel costs are extremely high
I have played in a Network Rail golf day
No
From my experiences so far I haven't enjoyed my time and I wouldn't want to risk making a friend unhappy
Make sure you find out all the information that you need, find out more about the apprenticeship scheme as I have found it isn't what it was advertised to be
