KPMG360 is a rotational programme, we spend 3 years moving around different areas of the firm and then after 3 years we choose and area and spend a further 3 years specialising in that area - I have worked in Audit, Tax and Restructuring.
I have gained AAt level 3 and working towards level 4, then I will complete ICAS. I have attended audit training and I have completed lots of soft skill training like confidence building and presentation skills.
I love it I am so glad this is the route I picked to go down, I have made lots of friends, gained cedibility at a young age and made good money.
I feel valued to a good extent
It is well structured although it was told to us we could pick advisory as our specialisation department and still do ICAS as our qualification which is what I wanted to do but then they changed this so now I have to pick audit.
