The role is a Consulting Higher Apprentice and day to day you are working on client or internal projects, developing great organisation, project management and technical skills.
Yes, I have developed good organisational skills, project management skills and organised several big events. I've also developed academically through the certificate and diploma.
It's great! The people you work with are fantastic, each project is different and there are so many opportunities for a great career.
It varies from project teams but I've always felt valued and most teams have made me a core part of the day to day workings, challenged me and helped me to develop my skills.
Very. It's clear from the start what you'll be doing. The projects are set out for you and the diploma and certificate is well organised and supported.
A lot. You have an assessor and you speak to them once a month usually and they'll talk to you about the work side of it as well as the qualification.
Quite a lot. There's a clear team to go to for advice and managers tend to want to develop you and help you learn so on the whole are very supportive.
Well. I've managed to move out on my salary, buy a new car and am now saving for travelling.
Plenty. There's a great volunteering circuit and you're encouraged to participate. There are also plenty of other networks and events to get involved in.
Yes
They're a great employer. You get a lot of different opportunities and the experience is what you make it to be.
Be yourself. PwC is not looking for a 'type' of person they are looking for individuals that bring something fresh to the organisation.
