It was mainly an introduction to business life, learning how to deal with the mass market and a client base/work force on a global level.
Health and safety training courses of varying levels. Improved communication and public speaking.
The programme was enjoyable, however it catered to an array of people that was too broad and thus felt a little unfocused.
As a company I did not feel valued at all, however internal staff and managers I was working under showed me respect and decency.
From induction all the way through to post programme feedback, it was incredibly well structured.
My tutor was available to contact at any time, and the support I received was next to none. This really aided my growth and enjoyment in the programme.
My in house mentor was very helpful and supportive, however it felt like they were spread too thin across myself and many others.
It provided me with a base amount of money that I could survive on, this is all I Will say.
Nestle had a plethora of company events, seemingly ever changing and expanding. On top of this was the social and sporting events held by the company. Amazing.
No
I feel Nestle provide a good overview of business life, especially in their industry, but the programme itself was too broad and my time would have been spent focusing on a more specific avenue.
The application process is slightly long winded, however the interview itself and the subsequent group assessments focus more on you as a person and your social and team skills, so relax.
