I am a craft apprentice and on a daily basis I could be working on a variety of projects which then go towards my qualification. I will be working both individually and as part of a team.
I have improved my skills when woking as a team and I have developed my soldering and fault finding on the projects.
I enjoy working as part of a team and I enjoy both participating and watching people work on projects.
I feel valued as I have a large amount of benefits here and my colleagues are friendly and make you feel part of the team.
it is well structured I received a lot of information in the induction and I receive support at both work and at college. I currently go to awareness sessions which develop my knowledge of different sectors in the business.
I can get support when I require it and I find the training provider supportive when I need it.
I receive a fair amount of support from all the employees within the company and there is always someone there to help if I need it.
My salary covers my necessary expenditure each month leaving me with some money to get by on daily.
I found there was a veriety of opportunities outside of work, I was volunteering when I didn't work at Leonardo and I also worked in multiple other places at the same time before here, I also kayaked in my free time and I still do that now.
