Learning something new and vital in contributing towards my apprenticeship.
I learnt how to understand basic and complex circuits, following diagrams, and how to test, manufacture or repair circuits etc. How to solder, understand the math behind formulae etc.
Its a very enjoyable program, and it's been a good learning experience so far.
I'm made to feel that later on, I will have great importance, and that I'll be fully involved in future projects.
IPS International has been of excellent standard, and the units are layed out in a very good manner.midkent college requires improvement.
Support from our tutors and BAE is more than adequate.
Support from BAE has been very good, and any questions etc. Have always been answered.
Salary is good by apprenticeship standards, but as always, in our current climate, one is always needing more. All round the salary is good.
There are plenty of meet ups, and there's plenty of quiz nights etc.
Yes
BAE is a brilliant company to work for, and it's a brilliant way of starting your engineering career.
Take your time and think about things before you jump into them, and learn from your mistakes and move forward.
