my role allows me to rotate through various teams which allows me to support the whole business whilst also gaining experience through the whole company. The relationships I am developing in these teams act as effective networks. I am also training for professional qualifications.
I have been trained to be involved in investigations with my team. I am also involved in running reports with management which helps them work effectively. Generally I am learning new things every day. I am learning a lot through my professional qualifications.
I enjoy the programme a lot because of the opportunities it affords me. I have developed a lot of professional skills.
The environment is very inclusive and welcoming. The benefits are very good and the team is very helpful.
The programme is good because it allows for a lot of rotation which is useful as I gain a lot of experience. The balance with off the job training is very good.
The training provider helps me to succeed. They offer tutors on call and always respond to emails within good time which is useful when studying for exams.
My employer gives me a lot of help when it comes to preparing for exams and always ensures good training is provided.
The salary is very good and allows me to be able to travel to work and have some disposable income
The firm offers 6 days to volunteer and makes the chances available such as going back to my school.

It us a great opportunity to develop and the firm offers you plenty of support. If you invest your hard work into the firm and produce the results you will succeed and do well. The teams are very inclusive and the environment is very good.
