I am a Security Incident Investigator - when any incidents arise (both internally and externally) I need to investigate it and help to find a resolution.
Starting to develop new skills now - mainly negotiation!
Its a mixed bag - some days can be really good and others horrendous.
By Capgemini - quite a lot. By my BU? Not so much
Well I was put on the wrong course to begin with. I, along with the rest of my intake, were put on the wrong BA course and therefore we had to do 2 courses. I believe the leadership has significantly improved now though.
Nothing - not had anything since I finished my BA course.
Again - it varies from day to day (and their mood)
Good - now that I am an O4 I have disposable income after paying my bills
Not that I have seen
Yes
It is a large company that is willing to help develop its talent - I think that Cap could do a better job of supporting the apprentices after their apprenticeship has finished - once I completed my first year I was left to my own devices - I had to reach out to the GAP team (sometimes I didn't get a reply)
Go in and be confident - don't be afraid to ask questions
