I'm a Service Delivery Analyst working for a global technology organisation. The client I am currently working for is a food distribution and logistics organisation. I am part of the service delivery team, delivering an offshore managed IT service. My day to day role may involve analysing trends of incident data, tracking various improvement activities and managing most of the account metrics and reporting.
Whilst in the role I have completed a Level 4 diploma in Project Management which I enjoyed. I have also learnt a lot about how a managed IT service works. I've been told I have become a valued member of the team and consider my analytic skills to be well honed.
I enjoy the programme greatly. It has offered me some great opportunities and allowed me to develop as a manager.
I feel greatly valued by Capgemini. My reviews have always been positive and constructive and I have gained significant satisfaction from the improvements I have contributed to, which Capgemini have acknowledged.
The programme is well structured with clear progression and opportunities. There is also room to manoeuvre your career in the way you want to, which I'd imagine not many apprenticeships offer.
I receive good support from my training provider. I have passed all my exams and assignments with their help and have delivered my project management portfolio to a great standard with their support.
I receive unwavering support from my employer. Whenever I need any flexibility or additional support they have delivered.
My salary meets my costs sufficiently. I have received several pay rises since joining around 18 months ago.
There are always extra curricular activities to contribute to. I myself have taken part in a video interview for prospective apprentices joining Capgemini to help them make informed choices on their careers.
Yes
Capgemini is a great company to work for and in my experience, they understand and value their employees.
