  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work in COO Change (Chief Operating Office) as a change analyst. This is part of the project management side of things, where I work on new projects which enhance and improve the customers experience with Bankline (the programme I work on) an online system for companies to make payments and overview their finances. I liase with stakeholders within the project, manage project working groups, put packs together which will set the agenda for each meeting.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe the BPP tasks should be more specific to my role as change analyst, i find the learning material and course itself pretty generic therefore some of the things are irrelevant to me. Therefore perhaps in the future the training could be more tailored to the job role. All in all i feel the programme is organised well, I have regular support meetings and catch ups with my mentor/buddy to track my progress.
