I have been with Capgemini for 3 years now and have worked through and completed my level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship and now working on my degree apprenticeship, I can safely say I have enjoyed every day working for Capgemini, everyday is different with lots of new challenges and opportunities to get involved in to help broaden your knowledge of IT and also help you gain new skills.
The best advice I could give to someone applying to Capgemini is just to be yourself, the application process is very hands on and support is offered at all stages, interviews and assessment days are great days to meet employees of Capgemini and get to know how they work and there experiences, Onboarding process is very good as Capgemini will help you and guide you to get all required work complete.
