i am currently working with the RMP team where I am expected to work with emails and a live webchat. The emails I receive evolve setting up new users and amending user privilege’s. When i am on a live webchat i am required to assist users with any problems they are having on RMP, there are a huge ranges of problems that I may have to deal with. I am also working with the business management team where I have to work with another member of the team to work on different business management tasks that help the team managers complete their day to day roles.
i have expanded my knowledge on excel and peowepoint and am planning to continue to do this and have organised to go on an excel course to gain more knowledge on how the programme works and to continue to develop.
i am really enjoying the apprenticeship at the movement and i think that the opportunities that will come from it will make it even more worthwhile.
i now feel that i am a part of the team end not just an apprentice that is here to help out.
I feel that as i have never done anything like this before it is all new to me and has taken time for me to get used to how it all works but as a whole i think it has been organised well.
i feel i have all the support i need.
my employer is very supportive and help me with my day to day workings
at the moment my package suites my lifestyle and cost well but i hope as i progress this increases.
