Done many railway specific course and also general engineering courses
I enjoy learning every day but also the work is very interesting
I feel valued by Siemens as there is always someone offering to assist with my development if I do not understand something
The programme is well organized with people always supporting you or helping you
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider in my day to day job as well as throughout my courses.
My employer supports me a lot throughout my job. I always have the opportunity go have a chat about something I am maybe struggling with and also if I need a small push in the right direction
